So here it is my first official blog post!! Whoop! Whoop!
A few friends of mine have turned me on the whole blogging idea (Ashley and John-thanks guys!) and so now I am gonna give a try. Seems like a fun way to share thoughts/pictures without broadcasting everything to everyone on Facebook land...and most importantly a way to preserve memories for Hunter one day.
So whats new in our world..
Start with the NO-Fun stuff...For those of you that dont already know on Thursday Hunter took a dive into a sharp edge at the car wash. He ended up splitting his forehead open about 1/2 inch in length. Nothing can prepare you to see your baby in that state with blood gushing out. Thankfully the cut was able to be glued back together. So until the cut heals no swimming, no showers, and mommy has the fun task of making sure Hunter doesnt split it back open. The nurse said about 10 days and the glue will fall off..we will see!
On a brighter note last night Ryan and I had a nice romantic dinner(definitely needed it after this past weeks events). We celebrated our early Valentines dinner at Campania's Pizza in towncenter and then we went and saw a movie "No strings attached"-What a hottie Ashton Kutcher is!
Not a whole lot else is going on really...we did discuss last night taking a couple other trips this year which is exciting!! We currently have a condo booked for Fort Walton Beach/Destin in the beginning of May. Now we are talking about doing a trip to San Marcos/San Antonio with Hunter and then a trip to Las Vegas just the 2 of us! Let me know if anyone wants to join us in Vegas!!
Well Hunter and I are off to meet a friend and stroll around town center...Can this weather get any nicer?!! LOVE IT!
